Patients Characteristics as Determinants of Patient Satisfaction: Modelling Satisfaction in a Transitional Economy

Introduction: This paper examines the factors and approaches question of patients’ satisfaction in health care delivery system North Macedonia. Aim: The study aims to assess how key service quality dimensions relate an important measure performance patient find elements that are valued by patients reasons behind or dissatisfaction. Materials method: In this research study, factor analysis was used group 12 questions measuring under certain extent with Promax oblique rotation using responses gauged importance. We have performed a structural equation model (SEM) determine relationships between one more independent variables (IVs). Results: All component measures were greater than .702 which shows strong internal reliability among components. levels for three components .842 hospital environment, .835 admin interaction professionals. Cronbach’s Alpha test whole instrument .903. Conclusions: explanatory (EFA) identified distinct satisfaction: (i) (ii) medical administration (iii) interactions professionals staff behaviour. These obtained after exploratory significant impact on satisfaction. path estimates our provide insights into various constructs.
