Comprehensive holistic health services are a form of improving the quality by measuring IKM. The result survey BPJS Kesehatan is that IKM has not reached targeted satisfaction in 2016 and 2017. Public Health Center X an index value exceeds existing target, but lower than 2016. This study will analyze decrease participants towards First-Level Healthcare Facilities (FKTP). Then low getting their treatments X. aims to understand relationship between comprehensive service outpatients at research was analytical observational with cross-sectional design. samples obtained this were 242 respondents. data next processed using PLS-SEM application. results show affect (t=7.983). affects loyalty (t=6.112). customer (t=2.155) (t=3.527).
