Pathogenetic aspects and risk factors for recurrent lumbar disc herniation: literature review

چکیده

One of the main causes development debilitating pain syndrome after surgical treatment a herniated disc is herniation recurrence. This pathology dictates need to perform reoperation on an already operated segment spinal column, which complicates technique intervention and negatively affects relief syndrome. In presented review scientific publications selected from medical literature databases PubMed, E-library Cochrane, current problems pathogenesis recurrent discs in lumbar spine are considered. The concept risk factors for highlighted, their characteristics given, significance each them analyzed.
