چکیده
Paternity tests is often faced with the unavailability of information from father, mother, or child as a comparison in forensic DNA examination process. Therefore, comparisons close family lines are needed, for example victim's siblings perpetrator if there no parents siblings. This study was conducted by Human Genetic Study Group Airlangga University its campus January to April 2020. The aim analyze use kinship analysis paternity test through STR CODIS on an observational laboratory temporary design. sample extraction level and purity results were measured mean 675±5.35ng/µL, while values ranged 1.05 1.86. principle based process between parents’ alleles child’s alleles. However, not available, siblings’ can be used identification purpose, which known analysis. Statistically, full have 2 accuracy probability [0.25] 25%, same having allele 0 allele, 1 reached 50%. All loci had highest percentage sharing. it recommended sibling both absent.

متن کاملUser-friendly Programs for Paternity Calculations and Kinship Determinations
Based on the ideas of conditional probability, Bayes Theorem and pedigree analysis, four computer programs are developed for calculations of likelihood ratios for various paternity and kinship determinations. These programs are flexible to use and user-friendly. The pull-down manual is employed for the calculations and so users can print and check the results easily. This article explains the t...
متن کاملEvaluation of ten SNP Markers for Human Identification and Paternity Analysis in Persian Population
Background: DNA markers are inevitable tools of human identification in forensic science. Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) are one category of these markers which is concerned to use especially in the case of degraded DNA because of their short amplicons. Objectives: Detection of highly informative SNPs by the criteria is the essential step to devel...
