We study Smith-Purcell radiation from a conducting grating generated by an inclined passage of shaped electron wave packet with electric quadrupole moment in the nonparaxial regime. Spreading asymmetric induces corrections to field. Although stay small, they are dynamically enhanced during interaction whose length exceeds Rayleigh packet. To simplify possible experimental setup where such effects could be measured, we dependence these on inclination angle, i.e., angle between mean velocity and surface grating. There is minimal that multipole expansion always stays valid at surface. In regime, contribution can become leading one, which represents quantum effect impossible for classical pointlike electrons.
