PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIA SECONDARY TO PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE BY SPOUSE: A CASE REPORT

Schizophrenia, which is distinguished by psychotic symptoms and frequently leads to social vocational decline, persists be a challenge in terms of its aetiology treatment. Physical emotional abuse from the partner can lead paranoid schizophrenia. Paranoid schizophrenia patient shows disturbed thought process due several causative agents such as chemical structural dysfunction environmental influences. Further have poor insight, experience disorder negative symptoms. A 32 year old female was brought psychiatric department her mother with presenting complaints acute include delusion percussion, reference, infidelity, auditory hallucination, suspicious behavior restlessness. Prior current situation taken I week treatment visit psychiatrist for follow up. Clinical features mental status examination met criteria administration antipsychotics patient. The client under observation 1 week. drug therapy helpful client. course ‘episodic stable deficit’. were reduced she stable.
