Parametric Optimisation Analysis of Micro/Nano-Satellite Flywheels Based on the NSGA-Ⅱ Optimisation Algorithm

چکیده

As the key mechanism of attitude control micro/nano-satellites, flywheel design is mostly based on empirical formulae that do not meet requirements lightweight and high-performance micro/nano-satellite platforms. In this paper, structural shape flywheels analysed, a set optimisation methods proposed to realise parametric analysis shape. First, general principle efficiency introduced, evaluation factor proposed, model structure established by using finite element secondary development technology, which can be used quickly build different dimensions. Second, while introducing approximate algorithm, greatly improving efficiency. Considering phenomenon genetic algorithm falls below local under large parameter range, method initial reduce upper lower limits parameters. Finally, optimal obtained flywheel. The results show in work effectively improve comprehensive performance as target, corresponding well applied engineering application This help guide platforms future.
