Panax notoginseng Saponins Affect Osteoarthritis Chondrocytes via Regulating Toll-Like Receptor 4/Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 Axis

Panax notoginseng saponins are often used to treat a frequently of inflammatory diseases, but the underlying mechanisms their effects on human osteoarthritis limited. An model was established by interleukin-1 beta treatment chondrocytes for experiments. During experiment, cell activity detected 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide method. The enzymelinked immunosorbent assay applied measure tumour necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-6 level, malondialdehyde content, superoxide dismutase activity, glutathione peroxidase in each group. Toll-like receptor 4 myeloid differentiation 88 protein expression level measured using Western blot. In this study, compared control group, viability group were notably reduced, while content malondialdehyde, alpha, as well tolllike sharply increased. Compared with viability, higher, whereas toll-like lower beta+Panax saponin groups. Moreover, relative saponin-H+vector significantly increased, considerably lowered H+toll-like promoted beta-stimulated chondrocyte proliferation inhibited oxidative damage response modulating 4/myeloid axis.
