چکیده
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different supplementation levels palygorskite and probiotics complex (Pal-Pro) on laying performance, hatching egg quality, plasma antioxidative status, immune response broiler breeders. A total 432 Xuefeng black-bone chickens (42-week-old) were randomly assigned into four treatments with six replicates 18 hens. The breeders fed basal diet supplemented 0, 250, 500, 750 mg/kg Pal-Pro for 8 weeks. linearly or quadratically increased (p < .05) rate, fertilisation hatchability fertile eggs, heath hatched chicks eggshell thickness, yolk index, antioxidant capacity, activities superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, contents immunoglobulins, interleukin-2, tumour necrosis factor-α in plasma. With increased, feed convention ratio during 5–8 1–8 week, embryo mortality, malondialdehyde decreased .05). finding suggested that dietary administration could improve status immunoglobulins breeders, which may contribute an increase broiler’s such as thickness index.HIGHLIGHTSDietary conversion mortality breeders.Dietary improved fertility, index enhanced capacity level

A study was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding diets containing different levels of aflatoxin B1 (AF) viz., 0, 300, 400 and 500ppb on the hatching egg quality of broiler breeders. The breeder hens aged 28 weeks were fed with four treatment diets: Control (0ppm), (300 ppb), (400 ppb) and (500 ppb) for three periods, each with a duration of three weeks from 28 to 36 weeks of age. The effects of dietary vitamin A supplementation on reproductive performance, liver function, fat-soluble vitamin retention, and immune response were studied in laying broiler breeders. In the first phase of the experiment, 1,120 Ross-308 broiler breeder hens were fed a diet of corn and soybean meal supplemented with 5,000 to 35,000 IU/kg vitamin A (retinyl acetate) for 20 weeks. In the second ...

Sodium bentonite can bind to dietary pigment and decreases yolk color scale. Sodium bentonite is one of the main parts of Formycine® Gold, the effect of different levels of Formycine® Gold and dietary pigment on egg quality, egg yolk color and performance criteria of laying hens from 26 to 34 week of age were studied. One hundred ninety two Hy-Line hens were divided into 24 groups of 8 birds ea...
