Abstract Background Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) in pregnancy is associated with increased maternal and neonatal morbidity. Evidence supporting use of traditional screening tools (e.g. Epworth Sleepiness Scale STOP-BANG) inconsistent, especially for people class III obesity.
