P131 Factors associated with Referral to Sleep Clinic and Diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea in Pregnant People with Class III Obesity

Abstract Background Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) in pregnancy is associated with increased maternal and neonatal morbidity. Evidence supporting use of traditional screening tools (e.g. Epworth Sleepiness Scale STOP-BANG) inconsistent, especially for people class III obesity.
