Abstract Background CNS tumor registries (CTR) has evolved to a key tool for data collection, evaluation of diagnostic and treatment patients suffering from tumors the central nervous system (tCNS) in U.S, but CTR Africa does not yet exist. In comparison high-income countries (HIC), many low- middle-income (LMIC) do have national or registries. Furthermore, appropriate steps like MRI pathological analysis are still scarce LMIC. Improving availability resource- limited regions could allow better understanding some specificities tCNS including incidence, prevalence, mortality morbidity. However, CTR, tend be costly thus difficult implement LMIC setting. Material Methods A review current body literature on was conducted using multiple scientific online bases. Search terms included ,,CNS registry,” “developing countries,” “low middle income,” other related as starting point future initiatives.
