چکیده
Abstract Background Sick leave due to musculoskeletal pain is common in the workforce. Time use physical behaviors at work such as sitting, standing, low- (LIPA) and moderate-to-vigorous activity (MVPA) may impact on sick pain. However, studies addressing this relationship using technical measures of are scarce. The aim was investigate association between time-use compositions behavior trajectories over one year. Methods We analyzed data 981 workers a Danish cohort (DPHACTO 2012-2014). assessed baseline thigh-worn accelerometers, classified LIPA, MVPA. Over 1 year follow-up, reported days text messages 4-week intervals (14 waves). used Latent class growth analysis distinguish sub-groups with different leave. associations multinomial regression adjustment for age, gender, BMI, smoking, accelerometry-measured during leisure. Compositional account co-dependency behaviors. Results identified four distinct follows: no (prevalence 76%), few days-increasing trajectory (19%), some days-decreasing (3%), (2%). Spending more time sitting relative other negatively associated (p > 0.001), while LIPA positively = 0.001). Reallocating 60 min/day from predicted 22% increased likelihood sick-leave. In contrast, reallocating 30 57% decreased trajectory. Conclusion found that had lower odds increasing pain, higher odds. This have implications prevention pain-related workers.
