P-071 GIANT INGUINOSCROTAL HERNIA ASSOCIATED WITH PENIS BASALOID CARCINOMA. A PURPOSE OF A CASE

Abstract We present a unique case of patient with giant bilateral inguinoscrotal hernia associated basaloid carcinoma in pennis. A 60 year old male came to our office because he had suppurative ulcer around pennis and chronic hidradenitis perineal scrotum region. presented the multidisciplinary session composed by urologists, plastic surgeons abdominal wall order plan diagnosis treatment. During we also scheduled cystoscopy biopsy injury. urethral fistula. was informed as invasive carcinoma. Surgery 4 weeks after botulinum infiltration. Bilateral Liechtenstein done polypropylene mesh. closed intra mesh continuous suture. Partial penectomy done. Scrotum skin resected. Testicles are left in, crossing mode under flaps. Anatomopatologic Pennis Epidermoid pT3pN0 pM1. After 1 follow up no recurrence tumor or hernias.
