However, cost overrun are most common anomalies due improper management constructions. Hence, this article aimed recognize affecting causative factors delays projects. detailed literature comprehensively reviewed from 49 research articles past three decades found 'delay in payment' repeated factor mentioned 35 researchers their studies. 'poor site management,' labor, material related factors, design with errors' reported delay overrun. This paper also suggests appropriate strategies techniques minimize overruns uncovered previous literature.
