چکیده
Soybean (Glycine max) is one of the important oil crops worldwide. In recent years, environmental stresses such as drought and soil salinization have severely deteriorated soybean yield quality. We investigated overexpression transcription factor GmTGA15 in response to stress transgenic hairy roots Arabidopsis plants. The results quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analyses showed that was greatly induced by salt, PEG6000, salicylic acid (SA), gibberellic (GA), abscisic (ABA), methyl jasmonate (MeJA) soybean. stress, contents both chlorophyll proline were significantly increased, while content malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased with comparison wild type (WT). Under simulated conditions, plants longer lower mortality than type. These suggest promotes tolerance This study provides scientific evidence for further functional analysis TGA factors breeding drought-resistance crops.

Induction of DrsB1-CBDAvr4 Recombinant Protein in Hairy and Adventitious Roots of T1 Transgenic Plants
Hairy and adventitious roots are efficient systems for expressing recombinant proteins. In the present study, the amount of DrsB1-CBDAvr4 recombinant protein in hairy and adventitious root systems was compared. To this end, the effect of different factors on the optimization of culture conditions to obtain adventitious and hairy roots was evaluated in three separate experiments by assessment of...
متن کاملOverexpression of a Tartary Buckwheat Gene, FtbHLH3, Enhances Drought/Oxidative Stress Tolerance in Transgenic Arabidopsis
bHLH (basic helix-loop-helix) transcription factors play important roles in the abiotic stress response in plants, but their characteristics and functions in tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum), a flavonoid-rich cereal crop with a strong stress tolerance, have not been fully investigated. Here, a novel bHLH gene, designated FtbHLH3, was isolated and characterized. Expression analysis in tar...
متن کاملOverexpression of soybean R2R3-MYB transcription factor, GmMYB12B2, and tolerance to UV radiation and salt stress in transgenic Arabidopsis.
MYB, v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog, proteins play central roles in plant stress response. Previously, we identified a novel R2R3-MYB transcription factor, GmMYB12B2, which affected the expression levels of some key enzyme genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis in transgenic Arabidopsis. In the present study, we analyzed the expression levels of GmMYB12B2 under salt, low te...
متن کاملArabidopsis SDIR1 enhances drought tolerance in crop plants.
Arabidopsis E3 ligase salt- and drought-induced RING-finger 1 (SDIR1) has been found to be involved in abscisic acid (ABA)-related stress signaling. SDIR1-overexpressing Arabidopsis plants exhibit improved tolerance to drought. Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) and rice (Oryza sativa) are two important agronomic crop plants. To determine whether SDIR1 enhances drought resistance in crop plants, SDIR1...
متن کاملA dehydrin gene isolated from feral olive enhances drought tolerance in Arabidopsis transgenic plants
Dehydrins belong to a protein family whose expression may be induced or enhanced by developmental process and environmental stresses that lead to cell dehydration. A dehydrin gene named OesDHN was isolated and characterized from oleaster (Olea europaea L. subsp. europaea, var. sylvestris), the wild form of olive. To elucidate the contribution of OesDHN in the development of drought tolerance, i...
