چکیده
The patient with the large renal calculi is recommended retrograde intrarenal surgery by physicians. It minimally invasive approach for treatment. Objective: study was conducted evaluation of intraoperative and postoperative complications associated RIRS. stone free rate rates were also compared. Methods: 231 patients who visited Urology department our teaching hospital included in study. duration this from January 2021 to June 2021. divided into six groups. dimension 1-9 mm group 1, while 10-19 2, 20-29 3. 30-39 4, 40-49 5, greater than 50mm 6. post-operative reported six-month follow months. Results: Out According smallest size observed be 3 largest found 60 mm. average came out 22.9 ± 11.2 adverse events different 11% some negative effects. There 31 that showed post procedure but these later on gone leaving no side effect. 10% undergo repetitive RIRS clear stones later-on confirmed free. Conclusion: For treatment management are more 20 an encouraging option. a dependent enhancement take place after procedure. case related took care up sessions get rid residual stones.

Unfavorable anatomical factors influencing the success of retrograde intrarenal surgery for lower pole renal calculi.
PURPOSE To determine the unfavorable factors, related to lower pole anatomical characteristics (LPACs), influencing the success of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) for lower pole renal calculi (LPC). MATERIALS AND METHODS We reviewed the data of 36 patients who underwent RIRS for LPC between October 2012 and October 2013. The infundibulopelvic angle (IPA), infundibular length (IL) and inf...
متن کاملTreatment Outcomes of Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery for Renal Stones and Predictive Factors of Stone-Free
PURPOSE The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) for the treatment of renal stones and to analyze the predictive factors for stone-free. MATERIALS AND METHODS We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients who underwent RIRS for renal stones from January 2000 to July 2009. We identified 66 RIRSs (63 patients with 3 bilateral re...

متن کاملRetrograde intrarenal surgery for renal stones smaller than 2 cm.
INTRODUCTION Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) is accepted as the gold standard treatment for renal stones that are smaller than 2 cm. Recently, retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) has been introduced as another form of treatment. We report our experience in dealing with renal stones smaller than 2 cm using RIRS as the primary treatment and following failed ESWL. METHODS A retrosp...
