Outcome of acute kidney injuries following chronic kidney disease: A systematic review in Nawaz Sharif kidney hospital Swat

 Background: Acute kidney injury may increase the risk for CKD and end-stage renal disease. In an attempt to summarize literature provide more compelling evidence, we conducted a systematic review comparing (chronic disease), AKI (Acute injury), gastroententeritis, postnatal AKI, MI (myocardial infarction), 2ndry chemotherapy, abstractive Nephropathy, sepsis, Drugs (NSAIDS ARBS), AGN (acute Glomerulonephritis), Rhabdomyolysis, lest Malaria, death in patients with AKI,HD, disease). There have been several important developments recently regarding association between acute (AKI) chronic disease (CKD). First, when National Kidney Foundation promulgated their highly influential Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative guidelines 2002, six chapters were devoted complications associated decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR) including hypertension, anemia, nutritional status, bone disease/disorders of calcium, phosphorus metabolism, neuropathy
 Objective: To study outcomecute following disease; review. Methods: This was prospective observational from January 2018 December 2020. Patients visiting department Nephrology Nawaz Sharif center Swat, number included 351. All ages both sexes considered. treated elsewhere or who has undergone this study.  Results: Three fifty one (351) The age distribution showed (75%) 40-95 years 25(25%) 32-39 years. Mean 43 Standard Deviation ± 35.66. Among 351 162 (45%) male 189 (55%) female. Duration symptoms 24(17%) <4 months 112(75%) had >4 months, mean 4 SD 2.315.  Conclusions: concludes that reviewing among presenting AKI,CHD ,AKI Drugs(NSIAD) local hospital settings can be reduced proper health education general public prevention hence its complications.
