The article is devoted to the visualization of image a Chinese in periodical press Urals 1950s. Using methodology critical discourse analysis, authors identify several target groups that form image, describe their characteristic features and highlight general special characteristics. source base was made up materials from Ural press. During “Great friendship” who took part labor training at enterprises universities USSR became an object attention moment appearance region 1954 almost complete return homeland. Periodical publications formed broadcast readers positive Chinese, using some lasting methods description: putting industrial environment, displaying certain hierarchy relationship “diligent” student – “wise” mentor, ‘humanizing’ character, describing “typical” “correct” biography showing changes China after its transition socialist path development.
