Osseous choristoma is the formation of normal mature bone at an abnormal position. These are rare benign tumor-like growth usually asymptomatic except or swelling as clinical presentation. In oral cavity, osseous and commonly found in posterior third tongue. Clinically it misdiagnosed malignancy because its hardness. Clinically, also mistaken for other cavity lesions, especially those minor salivary gland lesions cavity.
