Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) is a crucial foundation of every human organization. The main purpose this review paper to highlight the importance OCB in educational settings. Educational institutes have leaders, employees and resources (tangible intangible). dimensions, particular: altruism, civic virtue, courtesy, consciousness sportsmanship, shown great significance making associations between more powerful thereby improving group performance influencing positive outcomes organization improvements school (as nonprofit service institutions) require expression by their employees. stem negative behaviours enhance workplace behaviours. Research has benefits critically examining development both leadership educators. This narrative construct focuses on role, types, existence of, measurement Implications for next steps process are provided policymakers, administrators, teachers promote schools.
