چکیده

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect organizational citizenship behavior and work motivation on performance health workers mediated by burnout at Seto Hasbadi Hospital, Bekasi. research method used in is descriptive with a quantitative approach. population 150 people. sampling technique total so that number samples respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. results show, a) there positive significant tcount > ttable, namely 17,168 1,976 probability value 0,000, which below 0,005; b) 9,491 c) 10,884 0,005. conclusions are, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has performance; Work Motivation Burnout d) direct greater than indirect through burnout; e) performance.
