ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF PROBATION PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTATION

چکیده

The article examines the peculiarities of application individual and group training forms methods working with probation subjects in process implementing programs. At same time, attention is focused on ways increasing motivation activation cognitive activity participants, establishing socio-psychological communication, mechanisms providing feedback. purpose to reveal methodological foundations organization conduct classes as main didactic technology for implementation methodology based modern provisions formation new professional skills bodies personnel. Conclusions. According results research, we can note that training, an interactive form work, ensures quite effective interaction participants not only each other, but also surrounding world, which undoubtedly contributes achievement success various fields activity, a person’s confidence his knowledge, actions, behavior, creation rational harmonious relations environment, i.e. oneself one’s training.
