As result, leaders and followers face new communication interaction challenges. If an enterprise is be successful wave economic development, it must embrace role employee followers. Therefore, purpose this study analyze between organic leadership implicit perspective who are working further their relationship with trust supervisor, organizational citizenship behavior, active followership.
