Organic chemistry in the protosolar analogue HOPS-108: Environment matters

Context. Hot corinos are compact regions around solar-mass protostellar objects that very rich in interstellar Complex Organic Molecules (iCOMs). How the abundance of these molecules is affected by environmental physical conditions still an open question. More specifically, addressing this point key to understand our own chemical origins since Solar System formed a large cluster low- high-mass stars and was therefore subject external heating ultraviolet irradiation which may have shaped chemistry its early formation stages. Aims. The goal high resolution study determine ratios iCOMs HOPS-108, Class 0 protostar hot corino candidate located nearest analogue, OMC-2 FIR 4, Orion.
