Orang Asli is among the marginalized communities in Malaysia which perceived to have a very low performance various social indicators. Though of numerous efforts transformational and development programs initiated by government, there are no specific measurement tool or instrument evaluate these initiatives as verify effectiveness government policies. This paper aims propose an index assess socio-development Malaysia.
