Optimizing Pleurotus cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus Mushroom Extraction Conditions Using Moth-Flame Optimization Algorithm

چکیده

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Pleurotus cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus mantarı ekstraksiyon koşullarının yapay zekâ metotlarıyla optimize edilmesidir. amaç doğrultusunda %0, 30, 60, 90 etanol oranı kullanılarak, 1, 2 ve 4 mg/mL ekstrakt konsantrasyonunda elde edilen ekstraktların, 1,2, 3, 4,2 6 pH koşullarındaki antioksidan aktiviteleri mevcut bir deneysel çalışmadan edilmiştir. Ekstraksiyon modellenmesi Yapay Sinir Ağları (YSA) ile yapılmış Güve-Alev Optimizasyon (GAO) algoritması kullanılarak En iyi tahmin modelini etmek için farklı gizli nöron sayıları denenmiş en uygun sayısı 5 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde bu modelin hata karelerinin ortalaması ortalama mutlak yüzde hatası tüm veri seti sırasıyla 1,79 %3,24 süreci sonrasında maksimum aktivite %56,76 bulunmuştur sonucu optimum parametreleri %66,34 oranı, konsantrasyonu 2,36 belirlenmiştir. çalışma, YSA GAO algoritmasının birlikte kullanılması optimizasyonunda zaman, emek maliyetverimliliği sağlandığını ortaya koymuştur.
