Optimized One-Click Development for Topology-Optimized Structures

Topology optimization is a powerful digital engineering tool for the development of lightweight products. Nevertheless, transition obtained design proposals into manufacturable parts still challenging task. In this article, freeware framework shown, which uses hybrid topology algorithm stiffness and strength combined with manufacturing constraints based on finite spheres two-step smoothing to prototypes “one click”. The presented workflow shown in detail rocker, “one-click”-optimized manufactured. These were experimentally tested using universal testing machine. objective article was investigate performance comparison manually redesigned optimized initial space. test results show that created while applying finite-spheres are equal manual results, proposing “one-click”-development can be used fast direct fabrication prototypes.
