ABSTRACT. Aerospace and automotive industries employ Ti4Al4Mo2Sn material in many applications due to its properties of better strength weight ratio high corrosion resistance. finds itself difficult cut materials physical chemical is prone more heat generation during machining. The affects the machined surface quality other related properties. In this investigation, thermal conductivity stability Al2O3/Water based nanofluids are studied select best composition nanofluid for transferring heat. a duration 30 days computed by employing KD2 property meter pH meter, respectively. Thermal Water/4.5 vol.% Al2O3 found be than combination nanofluids. present study, optimizing micro milling process parameters on with Minimum quantity cooling lubrication (MQL) focused. input selected spindle speed, feed rate, depth Water/4.5vol.% output cutting forces X(Fx) Y(Fy) directions, tool wear rate (TWR) roughness (SR). optimization done help grey relational analysis (GRA) using L9 Orthogonal Array (OA) Taguchi design. obtained sequence influencing per tooth, Al2O3nanofluid, speed cut. percentage grade (GRG) prediction experimental 0.721 0.957. improvement GRG 12.46.
