OPTIMIZATION OF CULTURE CONDITIONS AND NUTRIENT SOURCES FOR Bacillus sp. ES4 SYNTHESIZES FIBRINOLYTIC ENZYME

Bacillus sp. can biosynthesize fibrinolytic enzymes. Culture conditions and nutrient sources are important factors affecting microbial growth production of the Fibrinolytic enzyme. Therefore, we investigated culture strain ES4, such as temperature, pH, C source (glucose, sucrose, glycerol, maltose), N (yeast extract, meat content, peptone, tryptone), metal ions (Ca 2+ , Mg Mn Zn K + Fe Cu ), time to obtain enzyme product. The results show that for best was glucose, peptone yeast extract. Ca2+ Mg2+ nutritional greatly influence biosynthesis ES4. At 37 0 pH = 6.5, strains activity at 24 hours when cultured in a 250 ml flask containing 50 medium highest 450±25. FU/ml.
