Abstract In order to improve the detonation performance of explosive network on basis achieving high safety and reliable detonation, 3,4-dinitrofurazanyl oxyfurazan (DNTF) was used as main explosive, glycidyl azide polymer(GAP) binder, other auxiliary agents were added basic charge formula. Then, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) aluminum (Al) introduced further enhance output power The influence two introduction methods PTFE Al evaluated: directly mechanically mixing method activation by metal ball milling. A variety tests such particle size, morphology, in groove carried out study difference between mixed Al/PTFE milling activated Al/PTFE. experiment showed that size becomes smaller well compounded. Moreover, results formula with possessed good propagation reliability micro linear stronger external expansion capability. These properties vital for be applied complex circuits shaped warhead.
