چکیده
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is widely used as a method in making rapid prototyping and one that developed bicycle. Balance bike type of bicycle does not use pedal. moves by being pushed with legs while running or walking. One the most important parts tire. However, reality pneumatic tires have disadvantages environmental problems. In this study, tire will be processed 3D printing using Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filaments its manufacture. By analyzing several variations geometry designs, namely honeycomb, tweel, diamond triangle. testing static load Ansys simulation software, it found airless honeycomb variation best aspects analyzed such equivalent stress 976,190 Pa, elastic strain 0,00043773 m / m, total deformation 0.000022627 stress-strain curve compare to other design, real weight for scale 75% 410 grams, public survey 32%. So worth method.

Tire track geometry: variations on a theme
We study closed smooth convex plane curves Γ enjoying the following property: a pair of points x, y can traverse Γ so that the distances between x and y along the curve and in the ambient plane do not change; such curves are called bicycle curves. Motivation for this study comes from the problem how to determine the direction of the bicycle motion by the tire tracks of the bicycle wheels; bicyc...
متن کاملsimulation of tire-soil interaction using nonlinear finite element method with matlab
in this study, a simulation of tire–soil interaction model was considered with special view to two-dimensional (2-d) fem model of carcass. coefficients of mechanical behavior of silty-loam soil were accurately measured to obtain an effective simulation. the results of simulation which was implemented in matlab7, showed that the radial-ply tire had greater tractive efficiency than bias tire at t...
متن کاملFinite Element Model for Steady-State Rolling Tire Analysis
The paper describes a finite element model for steady state rolling tire analysis. The model, which is improved in comparison to earlier models created by the authors, enables a larger number of analyses to be conducted in less time and with greater accuracy. The descriptions of model structure and model building procedure are given, followed by the algorithm according to which the improvement ...
متن کاملA Tire Side Slip Model with Flexible Tire Carcass and the Identification of Tire Structural Parameters
i’ire behaviour plays a very important role in vehicle dynamic studies. Because of the complexity of tire structure, some tire models use so many assumptions they cannot represent tire behaviour well, while others are so complicated they are di@icult to use in engineering applications. This study presents an analytical tire side slip modeI with flexible tire carcass which is very helpful for un...
