This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses enhancing competitiveness. activity is carried out through a series workshops, motivational training, group mentoring. The community partners involved this project were SMEs located Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. results showed significant improvement SME after participating training mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced business performance, expanded market access digital marketing, formed or association share support each other addressing challenges. initiative positively contributed welfare local economic growth by strengthening sector as key pillar economy
