This paper presents an algorithm for optimal resilient allocation of Mobile Energy Storage Systems (MESSs) active distribution system considering the microgrids coordinated bidding process. The main contribution this is that impacts biddings on MESSs in day-ahead and real-time markets are investigated. proposed optimization framework another decomposes process into multiple procedures horizons. can transact power, reactive spinning reserve, regulating reserve with horizon. Further, ramp services self-healing index gain introduced to assess resiliency level coordination microgrids, respectively. was simulated 123-bus test system. method reduced average value aggregated operating interruption costs by about 60.16% worst-case external shock. successfully increased 49.88%
