Numerous sets models were evident in literature. refers to distinct set algorithms or programs service providers engage maintain level allocation for various resources over a virtual environment. The model proposed this manuscript schedules machines under potential volatility aspects, which can be applied any priority metric chosen by server administrators. Also, flexible time frame-based analysis load factor. discussed relies Bollinger Bands tool understanding aspects Virtual Machine. experimental study compared contemporary balancing called STLB (Starvation Threshold-based Load Balancing) simple and that more pragmatic sustainable ways balancing.
