Optimal design of high frequency high efficiency and high?power density DC–DC power module based on GaN

چکیده

This paper develops a railway power module with wide range voltage (dc 60—dc 160 V) input and constant output (24 V/10 A) . The adopts two-stage topology structure to realize conversion. Use the most advanced GaN (gallium nitride) as main switching devices. first stage circuit architecture uses two-phase interleaved buck converter convert into intermediate bus (48 through closed-loop control, then LLC resonant converts 48 24 open-loop primary side secondary dc 3000 V electrical isolation. article from topology, devices selection, magnetic integrated coupling inductance design, planar integration transformer optimization design has carried on detailed discuss analysis. All circuits are in standard quarter brick module, final prototype can reach 96.1% peak efficiency, density 185 W/in.3.
