چکیده
Co-depositing of nickel (Ni) and nitrogen (N2) in the diamond-like carbon (DLC) matrix was synthesized by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. In work presented here, N2 injected as a reactive gas to optimize optical, structural properties Ni:N-DLC thin films, although argon (Ar) ratio kept constant. Statistical films were calculated from surface topographic images 2Ni:N-DLC, 3Ni:N-DLC, 4Ni-N-DLC samples. The characterization samples has been carried out atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy. XRD analysis shows crystalline nature deposited films. Band gap energies 3Ni:N-DLC 4Ni:N-DLC illustrated that background can be used for optimization electrical Ni-DLC Optical showed 2Ni:N-DLC electronic devices.

Nitrogen doped diamond-like carbon (N-DLC) thin films were prepared on n-Si substrates using a filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition method. Square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) was used to trace Pb and Cu in a neutral KCl solution with pH 7. Stripping voltammograms of Pb and Cu were analyzed in terms of metal concentration, deposition time and deposition potential. The SWASV resu...
متن کاملNitrogen and Aluminum Doped Diamond-like Carbon Thin Films by Dc Magnetron Sputtering Deposition
Diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films used in this study were prepared with DC magnetron sputtering deposition. Silicon (100) wafers were used as the substrates onto which an RF bias was applied during the film deposition. For the nitrogen doped DLC films, a pure graphite target was used as the carbon source and nitrogen gas was introduced into the deposition chamber via a mass flow controller. ...

Nitrogen doped tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C:N) thin films were grown on p-Si(1 1 1) substrates using filtered cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) deposition by varying nitrogen flow rate. The effect of nitrogen flow rate on the corrosion performance of the films was investigated through potentiodynamic polarization and immersion tests in 0.6 M NaCl solutions. The polarization results showed that t...
