Opportunities for Unsalted Management of the Postoperative Period in Patients with Uncomplicated Ureterolithiasis

When performing surgeries for ureteral stones, stenting is traditionally performed to avoid obstruction of the ureter in postoperative period due edema or stone fragments. Modern technical advances allow ureteroscopy be relatively atraumatically and routine stenting, which makes it possible exclude exacerbations pyelonephritis caused by reflux, reduce stent costs, improve quality life period, cystoscopy dentition.
 The objective: studying possibility non-drainage management identifying risk factors complications patients with uncomplicated stones.
 Materials methods. analysis results treatment 198 ureterolithiasis, whom was decided refuse after ureteroscopy, carried out.
 Results. condition out. To identify influencing decision on patient as well that could predictors complications, we analyzed various indicators.
 Conclusions. In case most cases (in 68.2 % patients) there no need drain upper urinary tract using a stent. At same time, number – namely 31.8 upon refusal install stent, arose significantly influenced duration cost treatment, some requiring an increase volume therapy, additional procedures installation puncture nephrostomy.
