Operating Room Scheduling Optimization Based on a Fuzzy Uncertainty Approach and Metaheuristic Algorithms

Today, planning and scheduling problems are the most significant issues in world make a great impact on improving organizational productivity serving systems such as medical healthcare providers. Since operating room is major problem organizations, optimization of staff equipment plays an essential role. Thus, this study presents multi-objective mathematical model with new categorization (preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative) to minimize risk using equipment. Time constraints limited capacity considered limitation present study. In regard, since duration patient preparation implementation treatment processes occur three states optimistic, pessimistic, normal, introduced parameters examined relying fuzzy uncertainty analysis problem.
