Openness to Experience as a Predictor for Health: A Literature Review

Personality can be closely associated with a persons behavior, lifestyle, and stress regulation. These are the factors that influence occurrence of many chronic diseases, therefore they very important in physical health. Based on Big Five Personality, nature human psychology explained five factors. One those factors, which is also broadest yet least understood, openness to experience. This article aims review previous studies discussing about role experience health well-being.
