Online Shopping: Antecedents of Attitude, Intention and Use

Consumer behavior in electronic commerce has been the theme of hundreds studies conducted by researchers many nationalities past twenty years. The purpose this study was to review and classify concepts used papers published between 2003 2014 explain consumer commerce. A systematic search literature nine databases performed 136 double-blind peer reviewed journals were selected. Reference models prepared based on a classification found. This article reports only that displayed statistical significance analyzed. Finally, we suggest new can be conducted.
