One Stop Services in Docking Ships at Tanjung Perak Port Surabaya

The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy One Stop Service (OSS) in ships berthing at port Tanjung Perak, Surabaya. This research conducted for one year starting from March 2020 October 2020. used mix method (qualitative dan quantitave) with source data obtained primary directly site by means interviews and literature related title result. results indicate that obstacles occur Center services Perak are caused a lack pilots pilot boats guide Based on list berthed Port Surabaya, 40 berths there were 34 (85%) experienced delays while 6 punctual (15%).
