One new genus and nineteen new species of ground spiders (Araneae: Gnaphosidae) from Iran, with other taxonomic considerations

One new genus, Zagrotes gen. nov., and 19 species of ground spiders (Gnaphosidae) are described from Iran: Berinda bifurcata sp. nov. (♂, Bushehr, Khuzestan; southwestern southern Iran), hoerwegi (♂♀, Fars, Ilam, Kermanshah, Kurdistan; western southcentral Berlandina artaxerxes (♂ Yazd; central Cryptodrassus iranicus Kermanshah; Drassodes persianus (♀, Sistan & Baluchistan; southeastern Echemus caspicus Golestan; northern Gnaphosa qamsarica Isfahan; Haplodrassus medes Fars; qashqai Hormozgan, Khuzestan, Lorestan; to Marinarozelotes achaemenes Kohgiluyeh Boyer-Ahmad; Marjanus isfahanicus Nomisia ameretatae Tehran; Prodidomus inexpectatus Hormozgan; Scotophaeus anahita elburzensis Tehran, Zanjan; northwestern Sosticus montanus Ilam; Synaphosus martinezi apophysalis Iran) Zelotes hyrcanus Mazandaran; Iran). These the first records genera Roewer, 1928, Simon, 1878 Chatzaki, 2018 in Iran. Additionally, previously unknown female Callipelis deserticola Zamani Marusik, 2017 is illustrated, mesopotamica Al-Khazali, 2020 recorded Iran for time. Furthermore, idae Lissner, 2016 syn. (Greece, Cyprus) synonymized with infumatus (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1872) comb. (ex. Heser Tuneva, 2004; Greece, Tanzania, Egypt, Israel, introduced Japan).
