چکیده
According to P. Hall, a subgroup $$H$$ of finite group $$G$$ is called pronormal in if, for any element $$g$$ , the subgroups and $$H^{g}$$ are conjugate $$\langle H,H^{g}\rangle$$ . The simplest examples groups normal subgroups, maximal Sylow subgroups. Pronormal were studied by number authors. For example, Legovini (1981) which every subnormal or pronormal. Later, Li Zhang (2013) described structure which, second its index does not contain squares from A papers Kondrat’ev, Maslova, Revin, Vdovin (2012–2019) devoted studying pronormality simple nonabelian and, particular, existence nonpronormal odd group. In Kourovka Notebook, author formulated Question 19.109 on equivalence condition Hallness Tyutyanov gave counterexample $$L_{2}(2^{11})$$ this question. present paper, we provide necessary sufficient conditions $$L_{2}(q)$$ addition, $$q\leq 11$$ find almost with socle all

Maximal Subgroups of Finite Groups
What ingredients are necessary to describe all maximal subgroups of the general finite group G? This paper is concerned with providing such an analysis. A good first reduction is to take into account the first isomorphism theorem, which tells us that the maximal subgroups containing a given normal subgroup N of G correspond, under the natural projection, to the maximal subgroups of the quotient...
متن کاملOn Maximal Subgroups of Finite Classical Groups
In 1] M. Aschbacher described the structure of the possible maximal subgroups of a classical group G with natural module M. Each such subgroup is either a member of a canonical class of subgroups, or it is the normalizer of a quasi-simple, absolutely irreducible subgroup H of G. In the latter case suppose that H is a classical group whose deening characteristic is coprime to that of G. The aim ...
متن کاملmaximal Subgroups in Composite Finite Groups
The purpose of this paper is to present a method for translating the problem of finding all maximal subgroups of finite groups into questions concerning groups that are nearly simple. (A finite group is called nearly simple if it has only one minimal normal subgroup and that it nonabelian and simple.) In view of the recently announced classification of all finite simple groups this seems to be ...
متن کاملMaximal Subgroups in Finite and Profinite Groups
We prove that if a finitely generated profinite group G is not generated with positive probability by finitely many random elements, then every finite group F is obtained as a quotient of an open subgroup of G. The proof involves the study of maximal subgroups of profinite groups, as well as techniques from finite permutation groups and finite Chevalley groups. Confirming a conjecture from Ann....
متن کاملON p-NILPOTENCY OF FINITE GROUPS WITH SS-NORMAL SUBGROUPS
Abstract. A subgroup H of a group G is said to be SS-embedded in G if there exists a normal subgroup T of G such that HT is subnormal in G and H T H sG , where H sG is the maximal s- permutable subgroup of G contained in H. We say that a subgroup H is an SS-normal subgroup in G if there exists a normal subgroup T of G such that G = HT and H T H SS , where H SS is an SS-embedded subgroup of ...
