ON THE AUTHORITY OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW

This research aims to evaluate the contours of Authority Transnational Law and its consequences from globalization law. At time when norm is a source for constitution legitimacy power, power production application norm. To this end, text presents interfaces classic precepts categories such as legitimacy, territory, authority related state normative production, in contrast national transnational demands. It was concluded that itself influences outside, so basis authority’s support not based on economic precepts, but institutional responsiveness emerging demands pretensions. For development research, inductive method used, operationalized by techniques operational concepts bibliographic research.
