چکیده

Abstract. In which ways can we theorise the recent illegalised migrations in Europe? This article considers theoretical novelties field of migration studies that have emerged since mass into European Union seen 2015. Methodologically, authors combine critical (discursive) analysis with testing certain still relevant concepts yet to be applied studies, based on fieldwork along Balkan Route over last 5 years. The has shown defining and decisive feature migrations, insufficiently considered by scholarship, is political subjectivity agency migrants.
