چکیده
The separation process of oily water using membranes has attracted the attention researchers and engineers. greater problem in use membrane is reduction permeate flux due to clogged pores by oil deposition inside or effect concentration polarization. For this purpose, a theoretical study water/oil module was performed. This device consists tubular ceramic provided with rectangular inlet section. Numerical simulations were performed Ansys CFX software solve mass momentum conservation equations fluid porous domains. Here adopted RNG k-ε turbulence model. porosity velocity mixture on two-phase flow behavior evaluated. Results volumetric fraction, pressure fields phases are presented analyzed. results indicate higher within for cases porosity, that does not substantially affect profile module. It found maximum efficiency obtained feed 40 m/s 0.44.
