Offshore Surface Evaporation Duct Joint Inversion Algorithm Using Measured Dual-Frequency Sea Clutter

In this paper, high-precision joint inversion of evaporative duct based on dual frequency radar sea clutter data is analyzed to study the abnormal environment phenomenon that occurs over offshore surfaces. As information retrieved by radars with different frequencies inconsistent, a optimization model dynamic penalty factor proposed, which can improve degree conformity between measured power and modeled power. Then, parallel crossover quantum particle swarm algorithm used jointly invert objective function, adaptively processes inputs involved in crossover, effectively improves convergence inversion. Compared single-frequency commonly engineering, average relative error height reduced 3.13%, intensity 6.34%, verifying effectiveness method.
