Chrysanthemum is an important flower crop grown in different parts of the world. Apparently there are new reports chrysanthemum collar rot and root caused by Phytophthora sp. around In recent years has been increase incidence no information available about this disease India. Therefore aim present study to isolate characterize pathogen causing chrysanthemum. During year 2021, plants exhibiting symptoms were received from local farmers.
