This study explores the relationship between innovation, supply chain management capability, competition and resilience. research also moderating role of culture mediating innovation as well. The base this is an in-depth literature review for development questionnaires. data was collected from employees working in pharmaceutics KSA. employed simple random sampling distributed a questionnaire among 310 respondents. examined by using SPSS AMOS 23. findings supported proposed hypothesis. These results support Innovation. are helpful academicians their future studies.
