OBEDIENCE FACTOR FOR OFFICERS TO WASH THEIR HANDS IN HEALTH FACILITIES

Mencuci tangan merupakan salah satu pencegahan terjadinya penyebaran kontaminasi silang. Terdapat faktor yang menyebabkan petugas kesehatan tidak patuh terhadap prosedur mencuci sehingga dapat infeksi silang terjadi. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah meneliti kepatuhan melakukan cuci di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis bukti-bukti literature tentang budaya kerja, sarana prasarana pelaksanaan hand hygiene. Kajian dalam pencarian menggunakan tekhnik kajian Litterature Review. Dimana Literature Review beberapa jurnal relevan dengan Faktor Budaya Kerja, Fasilitas mempengaruhi Hand Hygiene ruang perawatan diakses dari basis data berbahasa Inggris Indonesia (Pencarian PICOT Framework database: Ebscho, Sciencedirect, Pubmed, Proquest Google Scholar) diterbitkan tahun 2015 sampai 2020. Hasil menunjukkan kerja terdiri supervisi kepala ruangan tipe kepemimpinan, sedangkan media poster, cairan antiseptic selalu tersedia serta tempat mudah dijangkau. Kesimpulan tangan, ketersediaan antiseptik ksetersediaan dijangkau meningkatkan tangan. Kata kunci: Cuci Tangan; Fasilitas; Petugas Kesehatan.
